Nets are made of monofilament, tape or a combination of both. Monofilament is round and strong, while tape is flat. Tape has higher screening than monofilament. Tape is less strong and needs the stability of foil tunnels or needs to be directly on the crop. Depending on the application, the net is made of monofilament, tape or both.
Howicover is known as a multi-functional canvas. It is used as a climate cloth, but can also be used as shade netting and as a harvesting net. The green color of the cloth filters sunlight. The cloth is often used for young tree crops, but is also used on low tunnels and foil tunnels.
Because Howicover green is made of a strong and flexible tape, it is easy to use over the tunnels. The canvas easily forms around the tunnels.
Thermoreflective screens reflect sunlight through the white colour. Avoida consists of strong monofilament threads for both warp and weft. And in doing so, every third impact has been made of tape material. This wider strap fabric provides extra protection and also extra flexibility of the material.
It is possible to order Avoida with the addition of a light diffuser. The light diffuser ensures better light distribution around the plants and crops.

It is possible to order Hiemalia with the addition of a light diffuser. The light diffuser ensures better light distribution around the plants and crops.
This mesh is woven according to the chain principle with round monophil threads made of high-quality polyethylene, resulting in a product that is both strong and flexible. Thanks to UV stabilization and the high-quality finish, this mesh offers a durable solution that is resistant to weather conditions. Quadra consists of a strong monofilament and is therefore also resistant to strong winds.
The mesh can be used as shade netting and windbreak netting.
